Why doesn’t God kill the devil?

This is a serious question but probably nobody knows the answer! According to the Quran God created Adam and Eve and placed in paradise. Unfortunately God also allowed devil to misguide them! Eventually devil (Satan) became successful to mislead Adam and Eve so they were evicted by God from paradise. God created devil and God also gives power to devil to mislead us!

Some people argue that God is testing us by using devil. But this argument does not make sense because God does not need to test anything. God is all knowing; God knows the past, the present and the future perfectly.

So God does not need any cruel test on human beings!  If God would kill devil (yes God has power to do so) all devilish works will vanish so everybody could have lived with peace and harmony.

Mainly Satan is the king of creating all terrible things happening on earth as per the Islamic belief. As God is not killing Satan even though Satan is generating so much immense misery on earth, ultimately does God responsible for all such misery and sufferings?

[The Quran 2:35]  We said, “O Adam, live with your wife in Paradise, and eat therefrom generously, as you please, but do not approach this tree, lest you sin.”

[2:36]  But the devil duped them, and caused their eviction therefrom. We said, “Go down as enemies of one another. On Earth shall be your habitation and provision for awhile.”

Even the situation is far worse!

[The Quran 22:4]  It is decreed that anyone who allies himself with him (devil), he will mislead him and GUIDE him to the agony of Hell.

So due to devil’s misguidance billions of humans will go to hell to get the eternal and unthinkable torment of hell! Still God does not kill the devil.

On the other hand, the holy Quran repeatedly confirms that God is most kind, God is most merciful. God never does anything wrong, God never advocates sin.

Therefore, why God doesn’t kill the devil is unknown to us! Either devil does not exist at all or we are missing here something. If devil exists the whole blame ultimately goes against God and that is not fair obviously.

We should not have any negative idea about God. Our firm belief is God is great, God is most kind, God is most just, and God is most merciful. If anybody says anything negative thing about God (Allah) we do not believe so. Therefore, to answer the question, “why doesn’t God kill the devil?” our response is we do not know. It is absolutely mysterious to us. Thank you.
